ATIS Overview

The Army Training Information System (ATIS) LMS is being offered in two configurations.

ATIS-Learn: Which is designed for asynchronous/self-paced courses.  This system is designed for courses which do not necessarily have instructor involvement.

ATIS-Educate: Is a system designed for delivering synchronous or instructor-led courses.

Currently there is a development environment available for Course Managers and Training Developers to get a head start on migrating to the ATIS platforms.

See below on more information on the development system.

What is the CTE?

The Content Test Environment (CTE) is a system environment where you will create and validate your course/content before it is published in the live (Production) environment.

How do I get access to the CTE?

TPO-ATIS will validate and consolidate all requests prior to forwarding your request to the system administrators. At this time, we are limiting access to 4 personnel per proponent/category/organization.

Please ensure you have completed all of the prerequisites prior to submitting the online request form.

Prerequisites:

1) Complete the following ATIS Learning Role Based Training Courses available at ATIS-Learn

  • Content Developer
  • Course Manager
  • Help desk Tier 1
  • Class Manager

2) Attempt to login to the following websites to establish your identity in the test environment: ATIS LEARNING (CTE) and Rustici Content Controller (RCC)You will receive an error message.

3)  Submit this Onboarding Request Form and upload all of your training certificates in the respective field.

Requestor(s) should receive an email once system access has been granted.

Requestor(s) will then have access to test and build your courses under the proponent/category/organization that you identified in the onboarding request form.
